My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is quiet with a nice view, and the modern room design was a pleasant surprise. The service was fast and efficient, though a bit rushed at times. The location, in classic European Hyatt design, was superior in my opinion compared to others around Dusseldorf. The dining experience was amazing with a lot of variety available.
The hotel offers very clean and spacious rooms with great views of Duesseldorf, but the open shower room lacks privacy. The place was a bit dusty. The service is friendly with some areas of improvement, and the location is excellent on the harbor. The dining experience is decent but could be better organized.
